This self-paced workshop uses journal prompts, freewriting exercises, our proprietary guided meditations, and the insights of your own dreams to help you dig into your subconscious mind, release your fears, and start creating again from a place of pure authenticity.

Included in the workshop are three meditations: Release the Fear, Blast Through Writer’s Block, and Flow State.

Each morning, you’ll also record your dreams and explore any imagery or emotions they evoke in a process inspired by Jungian dreamwork.
